Personal information including medical opinion and results are recorded for the purpose of medical treatment by Mr Conrad Brandt. This information may be shared with other medical practitioners as is necessary for the treatment of the patient. Staff employed in the Barwon Breast and Melanoma Surgery will have access to that information for the purpose of facilitating Mr Brandt's treatment of the patient. Such personal and health information will not be provided to third parties without the express, written consent of the patient or if the third party is the legal representative of the patient – for example guardian, executor.

Do not submit sensitive personal or health information via the email page as the Barwon Breast and Melanoma Surgery, its surgeon and staff are unable to guarantee the security of such information delivered over the internet. You should be aware that when you submit information via email it is subject to the dangers of all email traffic including unauthorised access. Email is intended to provide an initial point of contact and will be reviewed twice weekly by the Practice Manager who will respond to all emails. Please ensure that your contact details are therefore correct. It is not appropriate to use the email for urgent or highly confidential matters.
